March Gauteng - Candy Floss

We spent the 26th of March at the idyllic Paddock Wood in the South of JHB photographing the theme Candy Floss with 4 of the cutest munchkins.  The theme offered up some challenges but we made the best of it and the cuteness of our models more than made up for it.

Our attending photographers got great shots and we are looking forward to our April theme.

April Gauteng - Gold Dancers

This past weekend we photographed graceful dancers and unicorns in a warehouse. I wanted to play off the dirty cold hardness of the warehouse against the beauty and warmth of the horses and dancers. I absolutely loved the session. Our club members joined me and I believe it was a welcome challenge. Shooting in these circumstances can be very challenging if you are not used to it

June - Water Maternity

We photographed a gorgeous pregnant lady in a dam with horses. She was a great spot even though it was freezing and we got some great shots for her.

July - Cotton Fields

The most anticipated workshop / Club event yet. 

What a weekend! We were so blessed in so many ways from incredibly gracious hosts, gorgeous horses, stunning models and God’s presence so heavily evident by the most surreal lighting conditions and colors I have ever been graced with.
There are so many thank yous that I would never be able to thank everyone individually on this post but most of all thank you to the Du Plessis family for hosting us this weekend. Your farm and family is extraordinary and we are honored to have spent the weekend with you.
